• Order Cancellations Eligibility:

Your order that was purchased through the PITAKA official website (https://www.ipitaka.com) is eligible for a return or an exchange within 30 days of delivery.

• To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in new & unused condition and in the original packaging as you received it by us.
• Returns for discounted products will only be refunded for discounted value.
• Returns for refund must include all products that buyer would like refunded.
• To exchange a product quickly, we recommend applying for a refund and placing a new order.
• Engraved items or customized items are not refundable or exchanged within 30 days from when it was delivered.
• If your package or item arrives damaged, you must click here to submit a support request immediately or within 3 days of receipt to file a claim. Please retain all packing materials unless instructed otherwise by PITAKA.

• For returns caused by product quality defects or manufacturing issues, PITAKA will cover the return shipping fees.
• For returns due to non-quality issues (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size/color selection), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

Note: Please do not use collect on delivery service.

• You will receive a return request link (valid for 3 days), and you are required to fill in your order number, reason for return, and upload photos of the product and packaging, etc.
• Once approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email with nearest return address for shipment. Please ship items using a trackable service and then upload the tracking number to the provided link. We issue a refund within 7 business days after warehouse receipt and inspection.
• Exchanges: Replacement shipped within 3 business days after return receipt. For the fastest exchange, we recommend requesting a refund and placing a new order.

Notes: Customers are required to use a trackable shipping service when returning items and assume full responsibility for all transportation risks associated with the return process. Please be advised that we cannot guarantee the receipt of returned merchandise, and our company shall not be held liable for any returned packages that are lost or fail to reach our facilities. For high-value items exceeding USD 75, we recommend purchasing shipping insurance to protect against potential loss during transit. We cannot process refunds for returns that we do not physically receive. This policy applies to all return shipments regardless of the reason for return.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear in your account within 7 business days (varies by bank processing time).

• Returns (including items and their packaging) not in original condition (damaged/used/altered) will result in no refund or a partial refund (adjusted for condition).
• For bank wire transfer purchases under $1,000, refunds will be processed within 3-4 weeks and credited exclusively to the originating account.
